The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is excited to welcome everyone out to the 2010 Fall Parade of Homes™ from September 11-13 & 18-20. There will be 60 newly constructed homes showcasing the hottest trends in the home building industry. Over 40 builders have been working around the clock to get these homes ready for this big event! Homes will be located in Sioux Falls and throughout various Sioux Empire communities (Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea and Hartford). Come out and tour these amazing homes, all at no charge (excluding the Feature Home).
The Feature Home that will be showcased on this year’s Fall Parade of Homes™ will be Parade home # 5, built by Driscoll Construction. The exquisite, million-dollar-plus home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and over 7,300 square feet. Proceeds from the $5 admission to tour this home will benefit the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation. The Care Foundation is the charitable arm of the HBASE and supports scholarships, Tools for Schools and the Repair Affair program.
Home prices range from less than $135,000 to more than $1,000,000. Homes will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Directional maps are available in the HomeFront Magazine (official event publication), Home Ideas Magazine and Shopping News.
